Introduction

Welcome I’m Dr. Kate Bautch, and I am a licensed clinical psychologist and board certified music therapist providing therapy services to the Sacramento community, as well as telehealth services throughout the state of California. My pronouns are she/her, and I work with children, adolescents, and adults through an LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity affirming lens. I specialize in the treatment of trauma, depression, anxiety, parenting issues, chronic illness, and disability. In our sessions I seek to create a safe space in which you feel respected, understood, and supported. From that place, we will work together to identify what is causing your pain, and how we can use your resilience and personal strengths to facilitate the positive change you are seeking. I approach each session with acceptance, empathy, compassion, and sometimes a little humor to lighten the mood when appropriate. Feel free to visit my website for more information on my practice! https://www.bravepassagestherapy.com/
