Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for support isn’t easy, and I want you to know you’re not alone. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just not like yourself lately, I’m here to help you make sense of what you’re going through and support you in finding your way forward. I’m deeply passionate about helping people recognize their worth and reconnect with themselves. My hope is that through our work together, you’ll feel more in control of your life and begin moving toward healing, growth, and greater ease. My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I’ll meet you where you are, and together we’ll explore what’s keeping you feeling stuck, whether that’s old patterns, unresolved pain, or stress that feels overwhelming. I want to help you understand how your past may still be showing up in your present, and to find new, compassionate ways of coping that feel true to who you are. I truly believe it takes a lot of courage to reach out for support, and I’m honored to walk alongside you in this process of change. I have specialized training in trauma treatment, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I’m also trained in Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Binge Eating (CBT-E). I often integrate tools from CBT, ACT, DBT, and Emotionally Focused Therapy into our work. I’m currently pursuing certification in both Somatic Experiencing and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), with completion expected in fall 2025 I offer in-person sessions in Grand Forks, ND, and telehealth for clients in North Dakota, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.
