Introduction

I received my Bachelor's in Marriage and Family Studies from Brigham Young University, Idaho and my Master's degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from Utah State University. I have since been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am committed to ongoing professional development and regularly participate in advanced training and workshops. I am dedicated to helping clients navigate life's challenges and achieve personal growth. I tailor my treatment to each individual's unique needs and goals through evidence based therapeutic approaches. My goal is to develop a safe environment where we partner to work toward a healthier mind and create healing. I believe in using warmth, honesty, humor, psycho education, and current research-based methods to achieve this goal.
