Therapy is helpful to process the past or current challenges, explore and alleviate unwanted symptoms, increase awareness, discover your strength and resiliency, learn effective coping tools, and meet yours goals of personal growth and healthier life. Despite obstacles, I believe that all people have the strength and ability to make empowered decisions. My goal is to provide professional, compassionate, and respectful services. I use client-centered approaches, evidence-based therapeutic practices. Our hard work toward your personal growth will be done in a comfortable, confidential, non-judgmental, empathetic, and respectful environment. I am passionate about helping you on your healing journey. I am a licensed clinical social worker with board approved supervisor status. I provide clinical supervision for those seeking clinical license through TBHEC. I feel providing supervision, to social workers wanting to advance their knowledge and skills into clinical practices, bring awareness to our field & positively impact social welfare & social systems.
