I specialize in working with anxiety, relationships, family of origin concerns, PTSD/Trauma, health concerns, perfectionism, LGBTQIA+, and life balance. Let's go towards what needs to be understood and healed. My approach is warm, supportive, science based, and active. I have been a licensed counselor since 2008 and I have training in EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Intercultural Sensitivity, and Psychodynamic Theory. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. 15 minute free telehealth consultations available and encouraged. New client slots available starting September 3rd 2024. In person and telehealth available.
