Introduction

I want to support you on your journey. I have a deep appreciation for one's own rhythm and timing when taking steps toward change. Within the context of a supportive therapeutic relationship, we will work together to develop insight, understanding, and most importantly, lasting, meaningful change for you. I offer psychotherapy for a range of issues including: emotional difficulties, relationship issues, major life events, mental health concerns and everyday stressor that are getting in the way. We will work together to meet your goals, obtain relief, and enrich your life. Specializing in: • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) • Trauma-Informed Therapy • IFS (Internal Family Systems) • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Rebuilding Seminars Rebuilding Seminars is a ten-week post-breakup life recovery class. The course is a structured curriculum with proven healing techniques, using time-tested course materials to support its participants to cultivate insights, self-empowerment, and closure on this painful transition of divorce. During the first half of the program topics include grief and anger, and the focus for the second is on building up participants’ self esteem, confidence, and relationship skills. Rebuilding Seminars utilizes cutting edge neuroscience and decades of research to teach these skills effectively and by the end of the class, participants report feeling significantly better with a renewed sense of self. Classes are offered quarterly in Glendale. $900 includes the Rebuilder book, workbook, 30 hours of class, and weekly social events hosted by volunteers (who are past participants).
