I have experience and training doing trauma work with individuals that have experienced sexual assault, domestic violence, and child abuse. I focus on the individual and their strengths, integrating somatic and mindfulness practices into their lives to deal with the difficult thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to provide a whole-person approach to wellness. Through this person-centered approach, I will use my experience, together with your strengths to determine the best approach to use to attain the goals we have identified for you. I can assist you in reconnecting with your true self and learn how to use these hardships to develop the skills to carry you through your life. When you are ready to do this hard work, because it will be hard, I am ready to walk beside you on your journey of healing.
