Introduction

I got into this field by accident. I was going to college to become a teacher. I took an art special education class and the instructor recommended Art Therapy. The rest is history. I have been a counselor for 30 years & passionate about it. I love helping others create their issues and problems more concrete. I especially love when clients create something that is metaphoric about what is happening in their life. I am trained in all the traditional therapies. My favorite type of therapy is experiential. This means a mixture of psychodrama, art, music, and Jungian Psychology.
