I am a strengths-based therapist who believes in the power of building on what is already working well in your life to help you achieve your goals in therapy. I primarily use Emotionally Focused, Cognitive Behavioral & Solution Focused therapies.  I am grounded in systems theory, meaning I work holistically to help you thrive within the network of your life.
