Introduction

Specialized in women’s embodied healing and mental health. I am passionate about empowering women to reclaim and learn to trust their bodies wisdom and healing trauma at the nervous system level. I create a safe, compassionate, exploratory space, where active listening and genuine curiosity supports authentic connection and rapport with my clients. I am strengths based & practice from an integrative, holistic perspective, whole person care: mind, body, spirit. I integrate top-down (cognitive) and bottom-up (body based) approaches, which may include non-pathologizing aspects of CBT, DBT, and sensory/exploratory approaches such as the expressive arts and somatic/body-based modalities. I utilize compassionate inquiry to help you explore, redefine, & create new narratives & integrate old narratives that may no longer serve you. I will help you to cultivate curiosity, self-compassion, & develop nourishing practices to support your wellbeing, a breadth of knowledge through resource sharing and psychoeducation. You will learn coping strategies & regulation skills to manage stressors more intentionally & effectively. Hope, grace, meaning making, storytelling, becoming our sense of place and self. Often, we are limited by our old stories, and I am looking forward to working collaboratively with you on creating your new story." To live whole instead of half and barely." (C. Pinkola Estes, Ph.D). To reimagine, create & align with body, mind, spirit. The art of being.
