Introduction

I work with adults struggling amidst the demands of parenting and the chaos around them. Individuals that work with me feel like everything is slipping through their fingers, there is never enough time, and are constantly exhausted from using their energy to hold back the irritability and stress. Their efforts to try to balance it all, often lead to new difficulties with worries, rage, sadness, sleep, and stress. Other times, old hurts that they thought were left behind resurface and they wonder how long it will be before they feel like themselves again. If this sounds like you, know that you do not need to stay alone in your pain. I help my clients to address those thoughts that won't go away, birth traumas/injuries, old traumas, alcohol, coping with the chaos and stress, and finding their way back to themselves. With evidence-based care, I collaborate with my clients to help them change the pain, decrease suffering, and connect back to who and what is most important in their lives. It's often painful to know that the thing that has brought you so much joy, can also be associated with so much stress, frustration, and lead you to feel so distant from the person you used to be. Call or email to schedule a free 15-minute consultation with me and let's talk about how we may work together to help you heal and reconnect.
