My counseling philosophy is focused on the belief that everyone has the ability to achieve optimal mental health. Whether your goal is to gain deeper self awareness, create satisfying and healthy relationships, heal past trauma, or feel more positive about your life in general, I can help you meet your goals. My counseling style is collaborative, warm, and down to earth. I use humor to build connection and ease anxiety. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, validated, and supported. I specialize in eating disorders, body image challenges, emotional eating, reintegration of body + mind, and healing one's relationship with food + body weight/ size.
