Hi, I'm Kathryn, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Arts in Counseling. I enjoy talking and connecting and specialize in helping people discover a way forward that increases quality of life and meaning. My attitude toward therapy is one of realism, opportunity, and embracing that our own habits and self-talk help perpetuate and sculpt our idea of our present reality. With this, I aim to help you identify and work with these parts of yourself in the moment to move toward healthy, helpful relating, responding and meaningful connectedness.
