Introduction

***Waitlist as of 3/04/2024 for new patients*** I specialize in working with those who struggle with confidence within themselves as they may often be held back by worry, shame, and unresolved trauma. I believe in the importance of processing and resolving core issues, as these are often the true issues that stunt our growth. I have a passion for working with individuals who may feel "stuck" due to unresolved core issues. I enjoy supporting patients struggling with conflict, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, sexual abuse, and complex trauma. I use a combination of research-based interventions, including Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I use specific approaches based on your symptoms and desired goals. I provide a direct, "to-the-point," and solution-focused style to allow you to discover and build upon your strengths. I offer a space for you to settle your unresolved core issues. I truly believe that the therapeutic process is both a personalized and collaborative experience. When you are ready to work on you, I am here to value and support your goals. As of January 1st of 2024, I have permanently relocated my services from Swansea, IL, to Maryville, IL.
