I have extensive training in utilizing evidenced-based therapies including: Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I am also trained in treating Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support Internationa As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I offer telehealth services to residents in Massachusetts.
