Introduction

There are times in our lives when we just don't feel like ourselves anymore. We notice we're worrying more often, feeling more run down, or feeling disconnected from the person we know we can be. Maybe these challenges crept up over time or perhaps they stemmed from a recent life event, such as becoming a new parent, changing jobs, or ending an important relationship. I like to think of these challenges as our edges: places that might feel like a stopping point, but are really just a pause before we enter a new phase of growth. You are wise to reach out. You do not need to do this alone. I’m passionate about helping my clients reach their personal goals, feel more at ease in their lives, and connect with the person they know they are in their wisest moments. I believe you are doing the best you can in your current situation and I know you have unique gifts and talents which can be called upon to help you feel better. l primarily treat anxiety-based disorders (specifically, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, and panic). I have extensive training in utilizing evidenced-based therapies including: Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I am also trained in treating Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support Internationa As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I offer telehealth services to residents in Massachusetts. I received my MSW from Boston College, a MS from Northeastern University, and a BS from Cornell University. Taking the first step to start therapy is challenging. It's important to know: you're not alone, you're not to blame, and with the right help you will get better. I believe you have the capacity to grow through these challenges. Please reach out today for a free consult where we can discuss what our work together could look like.
