Introduction

I love what I do! My lifelong pursuit of exploring human behavior, fueled by a deep passion for helping others, has led me to a fulfilling career as a therapist. I began my formal education at Temple University, studying psychology, cognitive neuroscience, and perception. After graduating, I spent six years conducting neuropsychiatric research with children and adolescents, resulting in four publications. During this time, I also pursued my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Saint Joseph College, where my passion for helping people from all walks of life deepened and solidified. My clinical experience spans a variety of settings, including intensive in-home services, agency-based outpatient treatment, a co-occurring residential treatment facility for adolescents, a college preparatory school, and private practice. These diverse experiences have enabled me to develop a well-rounded and adaptable approach to therapy, meeting clients where they are in their healing journey. In 2016, I opened my private practice, Collaborative Family Solutions, where my expertise in the complexities of trauma, neurodivergence, anxiety, and depression truly comes to life. Through this work, I have had the privilege of helping individuals and families heal, grow, and create lasting change in their lives! I approach therapy as an art form—eclectic and unique to each individual—drawing from multiple evidence-based modalities to create personalized care that best supports my clients' unique strengths, challenges, and goals. Rooted in a humanistic, strength-based, solution-oriented philosophy, I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment-Based Therapy, and trauma-informed approaches to explore deep-seated patterns and relational dynamics. Narrative Therapy aids in reframing personal stories, while Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) provides actionable steps toward effective and lasting positive change. For those seeking spiritually based growth, I incorporate Transpersonal Psychology, guiding individuals through experiences of self-discovery, purpose, and connection to something greater than themselves. This adaptable, integrative approach ensures a comprehensive, tailored experience that honors each person’s unique journey. In therapy with me, clients can expect a deeply personalized and holistic approach, tailored to their unique needs, strengths, and challenges. I take the time to listen and learn about each individual, creating space for you to share your story without judgment. My kind, gentle, and direct approach fosters an environment where you feel heard and cared for, building a trusting therapeutic relationship. Together, we will explore the emotional patterns and relational dynamics contributing to your distress, uncovering root causes and fostering deep, transformative healing. I provide practical tools that can be immediately applied to daily life, helping you shift negative thought patterns, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and make lasting, positive changes. Through this process, you’ll be empowered to rediscover your personal narrative, take control of your life, and build a renewed sense of self. For those seeking spiritual growth, I will guide you in exploring your more profound sense of purpose and connection, helping you access inner strength and clarity. My approach is flexible and evolves as your needs change. Whether healing from trauma, improving relationships, or seeking personal growth, I create a safe space where you can explore your past, navigate present struggles, and confidently move toward your goals. At the end of each session, you will feel heard, cared for, and empowered, with actionable tools and a renewed hope on your healing journey.
