Introduction

Using experience drawn from extensive work in various settings, I provide services to those who are negotiating challenges with substance abuse and/or mental health disorders. In addition, I provide services to families affected by those struggling with substance abuse and/or mental health disorders as their burden can be considerable. I will work with you to develop a truly individualized treatment strategy to address your whole self, including emotional, relational, and spiritual support. I believe the therapeutic relationship should be collaborative and goal-oriented and the environment should be safe, compassionate and respectful. I utilize various therapeutic techniques and education to help each client create more effective strategies for living a full life. In addition, I provide clinical case management services that includes thorough assessment and referrals to appropriate treatment resources, coordination of care, and providing advocacy and support to clients and families.
