Introduction

Therapy is a collaborative exploration that requires both curiosity and trust. As a psychoanalytically trained psychotherapist, I incorporate relational and intuitive methods in order to create a safe space and working alliance. I specialize in working with adults and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, sexuality and gender identity, past trauma, disordered eating and body image issues, as well as chronic illness. I work with clients to examine barriers to growth, difficulty with transitions, and overcoming fears, in order to facilitate lasting change.
