My approach to counseling is grounded in empathy, respect, and collaboration. I believe in creating a non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore their emotions and experiences. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am a Board-Certified Counselor and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist Candidate.
