My name is Kathryn Brandstein (she/her). I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor with a deep commitment to providing compassionate and non-judgmental care. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming provider. I specialize in helping individuals navigate the complexities of substance use and co-occurring disorders. My practice is rooted in a strength-based and collaborative approach, empowering you to harness your inner resources and achieve your personal goals. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, or relationship issues, I am here to support you every step of the way. When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, playing board and card games, and trying local restaurants. I also love crocheting, especially while listening to a good audio book! I believe that nurturing our personal interests and connections is crucial for overall mental health. I bring this belief into my practice, encouraging clients to find their own sources of joy as part of their healing journey. While I do not currently accept insurance, I am happy to provide you with a superbill if you wish to submit for reimbursement.
