Introduction

There’s an idea by Carl Rogers - unconditional positive regard- which means “accepting and respecting others as they are without judgment”. That’s what you deserve and that’s what I hope to offer to you. I’d like to provide a secure and welcoming space as you begin, or continue, your mental health journey. You've come this far. You're reading this because you're curious, and maybe there's a part of you that is ready to start your healing journey. I am a EMDR trained therapist. I also incorporate Somatic work and Ego States (Parts work) into my therapy sessions. While working on root/core issues is my main focus, it's also equally important to build your toolbox. I like to combine skill building, with deeper exploration, all at your own pace. I hope to support you, while gently challenging you to break unhealthy behavioral patterns, increase self-awareness, and build healthy interpersonal skills.
