Introduction

Earning a Master’s in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University Los Angeles, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and EMDR Trauma Therapist. I provide a wide range of mindful psychological counseling. My therapy sessions are designed to strengthen your inner confidence, and assist you in healing from anxiety, depression, and trauma. In addition to private practice, I served as Program Director, Therapist, and Addiction Counselor at one of California’s premier substance abuse treatment facilities for almost a decade where I facilitated groups on Meditation, Grief & Loss, Relapse Prevention, and Advanced Process Therapy. As a skilled Psychotherapist and Mental Health clinician, I understand how anxiety, depression, and trauma can leave devastating effects on individuals and their families. Imagine waking up in the morning feeling like you can face the world. I offer patients a wide range of counseling and psychological services to guide them through life’s challenges. Life can be difficult, and help from a professional Marriage and Family Therapist can make things better. I care about your well-being and provide the tools you need in order to heal from even the most traumatic circumstances. EMDR Therapy EMDR Therapy is a highly effective psychotherapy technique used for treatment of anxiety, panic, depression, and post-traumatic stress. With extensive knowledge regarding healing relationships, substance abuse, and symptoms of trauma, I guide my patients every step of the way, implementing methods to help them develop new attitudes towards life’s most complex matters.
