About Kathleen Silvers, LICSW Hello and Welcome! Do you need someone to talk to, someone who will listen? As a licensed therapist I am here to support you with reflective listening along with professional guidance. Whether it is life stressors, navigating through adulthood or the physical and mental changes as an older adult, there can be a better way to manage your life. Current patterns of thinking, patterns of behavior could possibly be making it difficult for you to live a contented life. Together we can explore ways for you to manage stressors and enjoy life. I am currently licensed as a therapist only for RI residents. Silvers Psychology and Wellness also offers psychological testing for ages six years to adults. Telehealth is offered to residents of PSYPACT states. Therapy for children and teens is available for RI residents via telehealth.
