I have been helping clients with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, weight management and trauma for over 25 years. I offer a very comfortable, non-judgmental therapy environment where the treatment is client-centered and collaborative. My style is open, present, and compassionate. I incorporate a psychoeducational component to the therapy and group therapy, as I am a health educator at heart!
