I incorporate relational and holistic techniques with ACT and IFS into therapy. Together, we’ll work on healing old wounds and limiting self-beliefs, dissolving the feeling of stuckness, restoring healthy patterns, and nurturing secure and authentic relationships in your life. I also weave in mind-body techniques to facilitate the release of stress, anxiety, and trauma. Starting is both the hardest and the simplest part of the process.
