I have a warm, collaborative, and direct therapeutic style, and work with a variety of approaches, integrating many years of clinical experience. I was a therapist and clinical supervisor for 20 years before years as a university professor, teaching, training and mentoring new therapists. The right support can make such a difference when things are feeling overwhelming. While we’re each on our own journey, and we can go it alone, we don’t have to. For some that may mean I’m a skilled companion, helping them through transformational recovery from trauma. For others that may mean I help with managing anxiety and depression, support through life transitions, or a place to explore the profound transformational potential calling to us in existential and spiritual crisis. Currently I provide therapy, clinical supervision, case consultation and trainings. I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, and State Approved Clinical Supervisor. Earlier in my career I was also credentialed as a Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor III, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Recently, I completed a year long training in psilocybin facilitation. I am honored to provide a supportive place for growth and healing. Trust your process. If you are seeking healing, healing is already underway.
