My ideal client is someone who is struggling with their inner selves, scared to start therapy, and feeling desperate for help to turn their mood around. I aim to make therapy approachable and promise to make it a friendly and welcoming environment. My main goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space and I look forward to working together to identify the difficulties you are experiencing and overcoming them. I specialize in working with anyone 18 and older who struggles with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and family conflict. We will only work on what you are comfortable with in session and work at your own pace. I am an LGBTQIA affirming therapist. My clients appreciate my warm and welcoming smile and friendly approach.
