Hello and thank you for your interest in Compassionate Counseling! I am honored to have been working in mental health for almost ten years. I have gained a wide variety of experience during that time working with different emotional, mental, and behavioral challenges among adults, children, and families. I have a special place in my heart for working with adults experiencing fear-based symptoms like anxiety, trauma, and stress, which is why I specialize in treating those conditions. I am passionate about building the sense of safety within ourselves and our surroundings that we all need and deserve. If you choose to work with me, you will be met with non-judgment, empathy, compassion, and a playful sense of humor when appropriate as we begin to bridge the gap between where you are and where you hope to be.
