Introduction

I’m a licensed psychotherapist committed to helping individuals, couples, and families learn how to build healthier relationships and more fulfilling lives. My work focuses on creating a safe space to explore new paths for adults and for adolescents, attaining personal goals and improving emotional well-being. I have over 30 years of experience working with individuals of all ages dealing with a myriad of issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/bereavement, relationship conflict/loss, & unhealthy coping. My professional job positions have been as a licensed psychotherapist/counselor, director, educator/assistant professor, trainer, and business owner within various settings such as hospitals, outpatient clinics, higher education counseling centers, and my own private psychotherapy practice.
