I am a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern with 10 years post-Master's experience working with adolescents and adults. I am also a Certified Trauma Professional. I currently work with ages 12+ on issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, anger management, life transitions, and trauma recovery. I offer telehealth services and sliding scale fees upon request. From everyday struggles to recovering from trauma, there are tools and skills I can help arm you with so that you aren't going into life's struggles empty-handed. I believe that you innately posses the answers you are seeking within you. Unfortunately, they are often clouded by stress, trauma, and others’ expectations. I can help you reconnect with your authentic self to live a life that's fulfilling and meaningful- according to YOUR standards.
