Introduction

I am a Vermont licensed clinical mental health counselor and nationally certified counselor located in Rutland, VT committed to helping adults recover from disturbing and traumatic life experiences. You can expect to experience a warm, empathetic, respectful, and supportive therapeutic environment. I believe in your brain and body's ability to heal and find relief from emotional and psychological pain. To guide clients towards relief, I primarily utilize eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy, and psychotherapy. I currently maintain a short waitlist for new clients. However, I am particularly passionate about assisting individuals who have just experienced a traumatic event, and provide priority for potential clients in these circumstances.
