I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor committed to helping my clients improve their mental health through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT is considered the most evidence-based and highest standard of care in the mental health industry. Through the use of CBT techniques we will work together to find out how your thoughts, behaviors, and feelings interact with one another and how we can best intervene to improve your mental health. I believe that physical health is inextricably linked to mental health and that it should be addressed in therapy to create lasting change. As a result, I work with each client to address physical health habits that can impact long term mental health. While I often work with clients who want help managing anxiety and depression symptoms, I also specialize in working with clients with chronic pain conditions and clients seeking support prenatally to avoid postpartum anxiety and depression.
