Introduction

Hello! Choosing a Counselor who is a good fit is an important step towards feeling better, and I realize it can be an overwhelming process. We seek counseling for many reasons; whether there is a situation that is particularly stressful, wanting a space to talk openly without judgement, or working through heavy feelings of depression and anxiety. While working with me you can expect a space that is open and welcoming, where you can feel heard and be challenged to grow and learn how to navigate the stressors life presents in a way that is authentic and comfortable to you. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, currently providing virtual counseling services. I believe in supporting people through change; utilizing strength based and cognitive behavioral therapeutic (CBT) approaches to help people explore strategies to best meet their goals. Basically, I want to get to know you as a person—including what is working well and the areas that you want to change—and I have training/techniques to help us move forward. I look forward to the opportunity to get to know you and engaging in this therapeutic journey together!
