Welcome! I am a bilingual licensed mental health counselor in the state of New York. I received my Masters from Teachers College, Columbia University with a concentration in Bilingual/Latinx Mental Health in 2017. I help children, teens, and adults overcome anxieties and build stronger senses of selves. I founded Canela Counseling in 2024 to provide trauma-informed and culturally responsive care to underrepresented communities.
