Hi, my name is Katherine, and I strive to offer a supportive and safe space to a variety of clientele. As a lesbian woman who has navigated her own battles with anxiety and depression, I understand how important it is to have a space where you feel heard and understood. If you’re dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, or the unique challenges faced by the LGBTQ+ community, I’m here to help. My approach incorporates a range of therapeutic methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and client/compassion-based practices. In our sessions, my goal is to support you in understanding yourself better, building resilience, and enhancing your self-esteem. Together, we will work on building meaningful connections with yourself and others, navigating life’s challenges, and finding a path toward healing and self-improvement. Struggling is a universal part of the human experience, and reaching out for help is the courageous first step toward overcoming those struggles. I would be honored to support you in creating a more fulfilling and balanced life.
