My priority as a body-centered psychotherapist, is to listen without judgement and work together to create an integrative, trauma sensitive approach to support your healing, growth, and developmental journey. You will receive a variety of tools and resources to help with emotional regulation, coping skills, mindfulness, and practical skills that may help inform you of how to care for your body, mind, spirit and emotional well-being. Our work together may include using movement, awareness of emotions and bodily sensations, and learning about resources that will help integrate what you learn in therapy into your everyday life.
