Introduction

We treat a variety of anxiety disorders including: Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Social Anxiety, Specific Phobia, Panic Disorder, Separation Anxiety, Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and school fears. We specializes in working with children, adolescents and adults in individual and group settings. We utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help people take active, specific steps to achieve their goals. CBT is an effective, evidence-based treatment that involves learning and implementing skills to achieve and maintain changes. We are also trained in Habit Reversal Therapy (HRT) to treat Trichotillomania and Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tourette's (CBIT). Our Clinical Director, Katherine Nelsen is a graduate of the International OCD Foundation’s Pediatric Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI). ​ We do not prescribe medications.
