Introduction

Take a breath. You made it here and are taking the first step in feeling better by exploring the idea of therapy. Work, family, relationships, societal pressure: it's a lot to manage, especially alone. Maybe life is feeling especially challenging and you no longer feel like you. While you may be experiencing pain and anguish, things can feel better. Just as the body can heal from physical pain, the mind can heal from emotional pain. Working with a therapist is a unique collaborative relationship built on trust and respect that helps you examine some of the challenging parts of life, whether in the past or present. I help women navigate different life stages and strengthen their mental health in a safe space, free of judgment or pressure. Challenges related to pregnancy, infertility, and work life balance are common themes explored. I offer an integrative, holistic, and interpersonal approach that will help you find adaptive coping skills to flourish in your life. I believe in the power of therapy in building a stronger sense of self to help you live your best, most authentic life. We will work in a partnership to explore challenges and find solutions that work for you and your life. Reach out for more information on what I can offer and if we would be a good fit. Let's get you back to feeling like yourself.
