Hi, I’m Katherine Iracheta, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) with a passion for helping children, teens, and young adults navigate life’s challenges. My journey into counseling began as an educator and school counselor, where I spent nearly a decade working with students and families to address academic, social, and emotional needs. This experience gave me a deep understanding of the unique pressures faced by young people, especially those with ADHD, anxiety, and behavioral disorders. I specialize in providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy to help clients manage ADHD symptoms, reduce anxiety, and develop coping strategies for behavioral challenges. I also offer college and career planning support, guiding students through the transition to adulthood with confidence and clarity. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. Whether we’re working on emotional regulation, academic success, or life transitions, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their strengths, build resilience, and achieve their goals. I know how overwhelming it can feel to navigate ADHD, anxiety, or the college application process. My goal is to help you or your loved one feel empowered, supported, and confident in taking the next steps. Let’s work together to create a path toward growth and success.
