Using a trauma-informed approach, I work with clients to more deeply explore the self and how we relates to others, with consideration to how trauma, family systems, attachment, and other factors shape us. I work with adults, couples, and children to address areas including anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships challenges, and self esteem. Central to my practice is supporting clients in gaining comfort around their feelings and offering space for deeper exploration. I draw upon Emotionally-Focused techniques as well as attachment, Person-Centered, and Cognitive-Behavioral interventions. I have a background in working with neurodivergence and utilize strength-based approach to support client. Mental health struggles can be incredibly isolating and human connection is a powerful tool for healing and personal growth. My goal is to assist you on your journey and help you develop the skills needed to navigate life's challenges
