I work with clients to uncover areas of life where they feel stuck or disconnected from others. I aim to help clients foster meaningful relationships and create a life that is both fulfilling and satisfying. In therapy, we'll identify patterns of thought and behavior that no longer serve you and work together to overcome self-destructive habits. I have worked in the mental health field since 2020, providing therapeutic support for children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of clinical settings. I received my Master of Education from Vanderbilt University in 2023 and am a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor in the state of Maryland. Currently, I see both individuals and couples for virtual therapy sessions. My approach is holistic and integrative. I incorporate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and personalized stress management strategies to meet your individual needs. In treatment, you will learn to correct unhelpful thought patterns, set boundaries, and manage your emotions, so that you can make meaningful changes in your daily life.
