I'm dedicated to using Evidence-Based Therapy approaches as the first line of treatment offered, when appropriate. Also, I offer Supportive Therapy, in which I use a strengths-based approach. I hold the belief that the client knows themselves better than anyone and can be provided tools to utilize effectively on their own in many circumstances. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) is the gold standard for treating insomnia and on average just 6 visits. My private practice availability is outside normal business hours. However, I have additional appointment slots which don't appear on the online schedule and may be made available upon request.
