I am a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania and am PSYPACT authorized, meaning I can see individuals in 41 participating states via telehealth. I am experienced in addressing a variety of presenting concerns, such as anxiety, life transitions, mood disorders, and ADHD in adults. Additionally, I have had extensive training and experience in treating insomnia with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and helping individuals make health behavior changes through Motivational Interviewing. I view the foundation of therapy as a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship. Given my own diverse identity, I deeply appreciate the significance of building trust with healthcare providers. My approach is nonjudgmental, collaborative, and culturally sensitive. Together, we will develop a plan to address your therapy goals, based on evidence-based treatments.
