Struggling with motivation? Focused too much on the past or future and missing out on the present moment? Having difficulty sleeping which impacts your day? Wishing you could make a change but don't know where to start? I am committed to helping individuals make meaningful changes in their lives. I am a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania and PSYPACT authorized, meaning I can see individuals in 41 participating states via telehealth. I am experienced in addressing a variety of presenting concerns, such as anxiety, insomnia, life transitions, mood disorders, and ADHD in adults. Additionally, I have had extensive training and experience in treating insomnia with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and helping individuals make health behavior changes through Motivational Interviewing. I view the foundation of therapy as a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship. Given my own diverse identity, I deeply appreciate the significance of building trust with healthcare providers. My approach is nonjudgmental, collaborative, and culturally sensitive. Together, we will develop a plan to address your therapy goals, based on evidence-based treatments.
