Introduction

Relationships are hard work in the best of times. They are incredibly fulfilling when we feel connected and safe with the people in our lives. However, we may feel lonely, exhausted, and unsure of where we as an individual fit into the story of our lives when adjusting to life transitions. My speciality is marriage and family therapy. I can help you as an individual, couple, or family to examine the difficulties you’re facing, the emotions that arise within you, and explore new ways of thought and behavior. Ultimately, this can help foster healthy and fulfilling relationships in your life. I began my private practice, Mending Connections, to expand access to family therapy through online services. It can be difficult to manage everyone’s schedule to drive and meet in a therapy office. Mending Connections brings couples and family therapy to your home in Pennsylvania and Georgia.
