Introduction

Life changes are frustrating and time consuming on everyone. Not everyone is able to roll with the punches or handle them well with a smile on their face. My perspective is "you are right". This 'adulting' can be draining. I help my clients, from children to families, to find perceptive in the change and strengthen their confidents in themselves in a healthy and positive way. People do not fit in boxes, so my therapy approach is fluid with the client. I have been trained in Solution Focused, Reality Therapy, and Humanistic Approach.
