Introduction

As a Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor and a Masters Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, I utilize evidence based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as well as Motivational Interviewing and Harm Reduction to help people move forward through their past and present concerns to reduce anxiety, stress, depression, find sobriety, and process traumatic responses. I specialize in working with Military, Veterans and First Responders, but have experience with those from all walks of life.
