Having the weight of your world on your shoulders can sometimes be a challenging and isolating experience and I’m here to tell you don’t have to fight all your dragons on your own. My approach to wellness is through an Adlerian lens with a clinical psychology background working with CBT/DBT/ Mindfulness. I pride myself on being exactly how you see me, like an open book, valuing compassion, authenticity, and connection with my clients. My aim is to advocate building up your sense of being, identifying important relational connections in your life and show that you are resilient and capable of taking your story into your own hands.
