Katelyn is a registered mental health counseling intern and earned her master's degree in mental health counseling from the University of Miami. Her expertise spans individuals of all ages, from children and adolescents to adults. Katelyn has experience working with a range of diagnoses and concerns, including attention and concentration difficulties, behavioral problems, anxiety, depression, autism, identity development, self-esteem issues, and challenging life transitions. Katelyn seeks to appreciate the strengths and challenges unique to each client and conducts therapy specific to individual goals, values, strengths, and needs. She is culturally sensitive and uses an integrative and collaborative approach to therapy. Katelyn is passionate about helping clients to build awareness, gain insight, and learn coping skills. Her aim is to empower clients to grow in healthy, meaningful, and beneficial ways.
