If you feel like you are walking on eggshells in your own life, weighing the consequence of every decision, I want to help equip you with tools so it doesn't always have to feel that way. As a Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist, I enjoy combining my passion and skillset in approaches such as EMDR and I-CBT to provide therapeutic services via telehealth to clients throughout Kansas. I am excited to serve clients ages 18 and up coping with anxiety, OCD, trauma, and betrayal trauma. I utilize a strengths-based, person-centered approach to help empower my clients to utilize their innate strengths. Together, we will work to examine how past experiences or internal messages impact your here and now. You will learn actionable strategies for moving through your experience to have hope for a different future. I am passionate about clients receiving specialized, shame-free, research supported treatment for both OCD and betrayal trauma. I am a Professional Member for the International OCD Foundation, as well as a Certified Partner Trauma Therapist (CPTT) through IITAP.
